Hello Consumerist editors, so I bought a Dell XPS M1330 laptop last year after reading some good reviews online. Nice looking laptop, but Dell quality sucks obviously. In the first year, the motherboard had to be replaced TWICE. The laptop would just hang after a few minutes after switching on. Twice Dell had an on-site tech to send the motherboard.
