FatGeek DV1000 Laptop Tear Down

I have had several customers ask what it takes to open a laptop for a DC Jack or repair other motherboards. This HP DV1000 laptop had a broken CMOS battery pole, causing it to all the BIOS settings when it moves loosely. The repair was to solder a wire between the pin and the motherboard. I actually all of my laptop video break downs, in case I need for an indication of where things went.
